The holder of data processing relating to identified or identifiable individuals visiting this website is ENEA – Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development – having its headquarters in Lungotevere G.A. Thaon di Revel n. 76, 00196 Rome (Italy).

Each time personal data are collected in this website sections, or in other websites directly linked to it,  the holder of data processing will be indicated respectively.

2.1. Browsing information

The IT systems and the application software dedicated to run this website detect some information (implicitly transmitted as per the Internet communication protocols) that are not associated with users who are directly identifiable.

As per the same code, users have the right to ask for their data cancellation, modification in the anonymous form or blocking of all information illegally processed. Nevertheless, they have also the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data.
